Tutorials
(March 12) will open to everyone
with a conference registration
For those of you that had registered for the tutorials, your fee will be reduced
so that you will not be charged for the tutorials.

Advance Registration fees are available until March 5th, 2004:

Note:
Each accepted paper must have at least one full-rate (non-student) registrant, unless it is an all-student paper.
All full conference registrations do not include tutorials fee.
Tutorials fee includes lunch fee for the day.
Group discount (5 or more) is available (20%).
